Q: Do I need to be a Pinetrix client first?
A: No though many partners start as clients, since it builds credibility with the
people they refer.
Q: How long do I earn commission for?
A: For the entire lifetime of the client relationship there’s no cap or expiry.
Q: Can I white-label your services?
A: Yes, at any tier, with our white-label add-on.
Q: What if a client cancels?
A: Commission simply stops the following month. Cancellations within the first 30 days reverse
that month’s payout.
Q: Can I refer a client to more than one service?
A: Yes and you should. Multi-service clients generate higher monthly revenue, which means higher commission for you.
Q: Can I refer clients outside the US?
A: Yes. We serve clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Middle East. Referrals from any of these markets are welcome. If your client is in a different market, contact us and we'll assess feasibility.
Q: Can I offer my own discount to close a deal?
A: No, only Pinetrix can authorize pricing adjustments. If you believe a pricing exception would help
close a deal, discuss it with your Partner Manager before making any commitments to the client
Q: Is there a minimum number of referrals required to stay active?
A: No. There's no minimum referral requirement to maintain your partner status. However, partners with
no activity for 12 months may be moved to inactive status and will need to re-apply.
