Pinetrix is looking for an experienced Amazon & Etsy Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage marketplace operations, optimize product visibility, and contribute to e-commerce growth.

If you’re confident with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, marketplace SEO, product research, and store performance, this role could be the right next step for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day Amazon & Etsy store operations
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories
• Conduct product, keyword, competitor, and market research
• Monitor sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, and store performance
• Manage orders, inventory, and product availability
• Handle customer questions, reviews, and marketplace issues
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversions, and sales
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon & Etsy experience
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Etsy Shop Manager
• Experience with marketplace SEO and listing optimization
• Strong product and competitor research skills
• Understanding of sales, traffic, conversion, and ranking metrics
• Experience managing orders and inventory
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, eRank, Amazon Ads, or Etsy Ads is a plus
