• Build and optimize GHL workflows & automations
• Manage CRM, contacts, pipelines, tags, and opportunities
• Create and maintain funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys
• Set up email, SMS, nurturing, and follow-up campaigns
• Connect GHL with third-party tools, APIs, and webhooks
• Test and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and automations
• Improve lead management and customer journeys
• Turn client requirements into practical GHL solutions

• Strong understanding of CRM and pipeline management
• Experience building and troubleshooting workflows and automations
• Knowledge of funnels, landing pages, forms, email, and SMS
